Whole-bike warranty
Every new LEKI motorcycle is covered by a 3-year / 30,000 km manufacturer's warranty from the date of delivery — whichever comes first. This covers defects in materials and workmanship across the frame, motor, controller, wiring harness, suspension, brakes, and all factory-fitted components.
Battery warranty
The lithium battery pack is warranted for 3 years or 2,000 full charge cycles to a minimum of 80% of its original usable capacity. If the pack drops below 80% State of Health inside that window through normal use, we'll repair or replace it. We also take back the old pack for recycling.
Local parts & labour
We keep critical parts in Adelaide, not on a slow boat from overseas. Warranty work is carried out at our Adelaide Hills workshop or by an approved LEKI partner mechanic. We cover parts and labour for approved claims — no hidden 'diagnostic' fees.

- Factory defects in frame, motor, controller, and wiring
- Battery capacity loss below 80% inside the warranty window
- Suspension, brakes, and factory-fitted electrical components
- Labour for approved warranty repairs at LEKI or authorised partners
- Towing to the nearest authorised repairer within metro Adelaide for warranty faults
Wear, crashes, and bad ideas.
- Normal wear items: tyres, brake pads, chain/belt (if fitted), bulbs, grips, cables
- Damage from crashes, drops, racing, track use, or improper loading
- Water ingress from submersion, pressure washing, or riding through deep standing water
- Modifications, non-LEKI parts, or unauthorised repairs
- Commercial use, hire, or rideshare applications
- Damage caused by using a non-LEKI-approved charger
