Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of lekielectric.com and any purchase from LEKI Australia Ltd. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Products & pricing

All prices are in AUD and exclude on-road costs (stamp duty, registration, CTP) unless stated. We may update pricing, specs and availability at any time without notice. Images are indicative.

2. Orders & deposits

A $500 refundable deposit secures your bike. Full payment (or approved finance drawdown) is due before delivery. Orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability.

3. Delivery

We ship Australia-wide via a specialist enclosed, insured motorbike-transport partner. Timeframes are estimates and depend on location and stock. Risk transfers on delivery.

4. Warranty

LEKI bikes carry a 3-year / 2,000 charge-cycle warranty on the drivetrain and battery, subject to the full warranty policy. Your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.

5. Test rides

Test rides require a current motorcycle licence appropriate to the model (LAMS-approved), and a signed waiver. You are responsible for any damage caused by reckless or negligent riding.

6. Intellectual property

All content, logos, imagery and copy on this site are owned by LEKI Australia Ltd or licensed to us. You may not reproduce or use them without written permission.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, LEKI is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
