1. Promotion Overview

Customers who place an order and pay a $500 deposit for any LEKI Electric Motorcycle between March 10, 2025, and April 30, 2025, will automatically be entered into a draw for the chance to win their bike for free.

2. Eligibility

To qualify for entry, customers must:

• Place an order for any LEKI Electric Motorcycle between March 10, 2025, and April 30, 2025.
• Pay a $500 fully refundable deposit within this period.
• Be 18 years or older and reside in Australia, excluding residents of the Northern Territory (NT) and Australian Capital Territory (ACT).
• Complete their purchase in full before delivery to remain eligible.

3. Prize Details

• The winner will receive one of the following prizes of their choice:
  • A LEKI 5000W Electric Motorcycle at no cost (valued at $7,999 AUD); OR
  • A discount of $7,999 AUD applied toward the purchase of a LEKI 10,000W Electric Motorcycle.
• The prize excludes any additional accessories, customisations, or on-road costs (such as registration, insurance, and stamp duty).
• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product.
• There is one (1) prize available in this promotion.

4. Winner Selection & Announcement

• The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries.
• The draw will take place at 11:00 AM on May 7, 2025, at LEKI Australia’s headquarters, 12-14 Baulderstone Road, Gepps Cross, South Australia.
• The winner will be determined through a fair and transparent random draw process using an internet based Random Names Picker. This system will randomly select one entry from the total pool of eligible entries.
• The winner will be notified via email and phone within 7 days of the draw.
• The winners details (last name, first initial and postcode) will be published on lekielectric.com within 30 days of the major prize draw and/or any unclaimed prize draws.
• If the winner does not claim the prize within 14 days, LEKI Australia reserves the right to redraw a new winner.

5. Unclaimed prize draw

In the event the winner does not claim with the prize within 14 days, LEKI Australia will conduct an Unclaimed Prize Draw.

• Any unclaimed prize draw would be conducted will take place at 11:00 AM on May 28, 2025, at LEKI Australia’s headquarters, 12-14 Baulderstone Road, Gepps Cross, South Australia.
• The winner will be determined through a fair and transparent random draw process using an internet based Random Names Picker. This system will randomly select one entry from the total pool of eligible entries.
• The unclaimed prize draw winner will be notified via email and phone within 7 days of the draw.
• The unclaimed prize draw winners details (last name, first initial and postcode) will be published on lekielectric.com within 30 days of the unclaimed prize draw.

5. Purchase & Refund Policy

• Customers who cancel their order or request a refund of their deposit before delivery will be disqualified from the promotion.
• If the winner has already completed full payment, LEKI Australia will refund up to $7,999 AUD of the purchase price (excluding any additional costs mentioned in Section 3).

6. General Conditions

• LEKI Australia reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice.
• If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.
• By entering, participants agree to have their name and image used in promotional materials if they win.
• Employees of LEKI Australia and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
• This promotion is subject to all applicable Australian laws and regulations.
